Current turn around time is 6-8 weeks from the time I receive your breastmilk. Please keep in mind, I am a one woman operation, mom, and birth doula. I do my best to stay within this time frame, but must allow for unexpected things (or spontaneous births) to potentially pop up! I personally keep you posted on the status of your order and will coordinate shipping or local drop off. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A little goes a long way! I request 10ml (equal to 2 teaspoons) for most orders, even if you request multiple pieces. Based on your order, I will advise if another 5ml is need.

Your liquid gold goes through a preservation process bringing down to powder that won't get moldy over the years and then cured back into a solid stone.

I as you to trust me with your precious supply. Your breastmilk and settings are always kept labeled with your name and order number. Each person's breastmilk is preserved separately, as well as curated one at a time to ensure no possibility of mix ups!

Absolutely! As long as your breastmilk has not turned moldy, it can be preserved. Still have that one last bag from 6 years ago that you just couldn't part with? Send a small amount my way, and I'll take care of the rest!

I whole-heartedly support everyone's choices of how they feed they're babies. Every parent deserves to be honored for the amazing person they are and we know, feeding a baby can be a full time job whether from the breast or bottle!

To commemorate your feeding journey, I will use a white powder to create the look that represents all infant feeding. This can also apply if you no longer have breastmilk but would still love to honor your past journey/journeys.

Once I receive your breastmilk, or have ordered your setting (if there is no breastmilk to preserve) there are no refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your completed piece, please always reach out to me.

All gold plated metals will fade over time. Included in your completed package will be a instructions on how to care for your jewelry to avoid this from happening. As an alternative, sterling silver and solid gold settings are available for most pieces.

For the breastmilk stone, I apply a process that helps to keep the stone sealed and protected from UV rays. It is suggested to keep jewelry in a closed box when it is not being worn to reduce sun exposure.

Once your breastmilk is preserved, it never goes bad! If there is leftover preserved breastmilk, I keep it labeled with your name for up to 2 years. This allows you to order additional pieces in the future or have the ability to replace stones, if needed.
